What was the first thought that popped into your mind when you first saw this picture? I can tell you this picture does not do the actual piece any justice. Just take a minute and look at how this piece may speak to you.
As I’ve said in a previous post I had a few pieces that spoke volumes to me, this is one of them. The first thought that came to mind for me was about my husband. You may be wondering what in the world but bear with me as I explain. Looking at this piece made me think about my husbands heart surgery. Even though I was not in that surgery room (thank goodness), I see that scar that was left from the surgeons opening his chest. Seeing my husband broken into pieces as he’s going through this experience and questioning many aspects of his life.
There were a couple other thoughts I had but I’m more interested in your thoughts. Please share what your first thoughts were when you saw this picture.
